Description of Work: New Roof
We would like to take this opportunity to " THANK YOU" for doing an excellent job on my mothers roof in White Plains, NY. Five years ago your company proved themselves when you installed a new roof, windows, door and siding. I will say I was a little nervous about giving this job to a Westchester company. Our summer house is in Fairfield, CT, we worried that your crew would have problems traveling one hour to the job and one hour back; however this was never an issue.
Your crew was excellent on both houses and the little extras that we needed where never a problem. The siding is still holding the color and the house looks as good as the day it was finished. We would highly recommend Prime Home Improvements for ANY job a home owner may need.

Description of Work : New Roof
We just moved into our house about 2 weeks ago and knew that we needed to get our roof replaced. We may have gotten another year or two out of the current roof but the patio and garage were badly in need of a new roof right away. Also we are planning to do some painting and wanted to have the roof completed before we did any major painting jobs (so we don't get any new stress cracks). Ron responded quickly to my request for an estimate and he was on site the next week to take a look at our roof. The following day I received an email with the estimate which was half the price of a major roofing company that had been on site the day before. Once we gave Ron the green light they put us on the schedule for the following week, only 5 days later. They showed up on time and were finished in one day instead of the 2 days Ron said it might take. They did a great job and the new roof looks great. Ron even offered to include a few panels of siding and a few leaders on our gutters at no charge (his way of saying welcome to the neighborhood). Once the job was done I noticed that on one side of the roof the shingles stuck out a little more and Ron said he would have a guy come by to trim it up. These guys are extremely responsive, gave us a great price and did a great job. We'll probably be using them to widen our driveway in a few weeks.

We called their office for an estimate and spoke to Ron who told us he would come right over to give us an estimate. Ron arrived at the time arranged, looked at the work to be done, and promptly gave us an estimate. The price was very competitive. On the day the work was to start they arrived to do the work at the appointed time with all the tools and material necessary to do the work. The work was done professionally and exactly as we had asked for it to be done. There were no surprises or hidden costs or extras. We would definitely use them again.

A windy storm blew a handful of tiles off of our roof. One phone call had a team at my house within 2 days and the repair was done in under 30 minutes. The team was professional and careful and exceeded my expectations.

Description of Work : Siding
Excellent service, Gino came in daily, dealt with us in a professional caring manner, listened and acted promptly and professionally from the estimate to the last day on the job. He deployed a large crew on the first day, which worked expediently. They made sure that my neighbor's property was protected from the falling debris and they cleaned up my property quickly. The work lasted only four days and he even send someone back days later to take care of some little details that we pointed out. We are very pleased with the work and highly recommend this company. As the other reviews point out, you can use this company with confidence.

.Gino from Prime was excellent and explained every detail of the project. He came on Friday June 12th, 2009 to give us an estimate and was very patient with all our questions. He stated he would begin in approximately one week. On June 15, 2009 he contacted me and stated he would begin on June 16th. June 17th the job was completed and looked amazing. Neighbors commented on the great job done by the contractors. We have already contracted with Gino again to do some work on our garage, I would highly recommend PRIME!
What words of advice would you give Prime? Keep doing the professional work youve done!

The Prime Team was exceptional and very professional in all aspects of the job from start to finish and his workers were proficient in every task assigned, as well as performing with an efficient use of time and all traces of work debris were immediately removed and with a thorough clean-up. I would gladly retain prime's services again for any future work for myself, as well as referring Prime to future customers.

Description Of Work: Roofing and Siding
Prime removed all of my existing roof and replaced it with new shingles, extended the sides of the roof by 6 inches, replaced the gutters, removed and replaced the siding in all sides of the house and built a new roofing area around the entrance.
